The Icon Session
The Icon Session is a four-hour headshot session designed for maximum scope. It’s well suited for clients who need a broad range of images, including full-body photographs, outdoor shots, or multiple locations in a single session.
Session fee: $1,500
If you’re looking for a shorter session focused on headshots alone, the Superstar Session may be a better fit.
What’s Included
The Icon Session includes:
A complimentary FaceTime consultation to discuss wardrobe, hair, makeup, casting, and overall direction
A four-hour photography session
Unlimited looks or outfit changes
Up to eight backdrop options
Indoor and outdoor photography, as appropriate
Approximately 400–600 images captured
All high-resolution images from the session available for download
Eight professionally retouched images included
A private online gallery, available for 30 days
This session allows time for multiple setups and a wider range of framing, while maintaining the same calm, attentive pace as shorter sessions.
Hair & Makeup
Professional makeup is highly recommended for all headshot sessions, particularly longer shoots and outdoor work.
Professional makeup for the Icon Session is available for an additional $400.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your session date and time. Once your date is confirmed, the deposit can be sent via:

After the deposit is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all session details. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.
Retouching
Each Icon Session includes eight retouched images. Additional retouching is available at $35 per image.

The pricing listed above applies to individual headshot sessions. Rates for teams, fashion, music, or other commissioned photography may vary depending on scope, location, and logistics. Please get in touch for a customized quote.
